1. Organization Development Officer

Responsibilities:
· Maximize human capital by contributing in the employee competency development

· Contribute in improving employee satisfaction by providing clear job description and KPI to achieve better organization health

· Align HR strategy with business strategy by executing projects in the area of competency-based performance management and job analysis/evaluation

· Provide proactive workforce solution by providing consultative services in Talent Management/Human Resources area related to performance management and job analysis/evaluation

· Ensure a strategy-focused organization by developing, implementing and monitoring performance management system

· Improve organization integration by contributing in Human Resources Information System development, especially for modules related to performance management and job analysis/evaluation

Requirements :

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably in Human Resource Management or Psychology)

2. Has min. 2 year experience in human resources field

3. Has experience in creating and implementation of performance management, job analysis, job evaluation and career management.

4. Good communication skill

2. Learning & Development Officer

Responsiblities:
· Manage the L&D database and administrative work relate to external and internal training.

· Manage L&D periodically e-newsletter

· Assist the L&D Specialist in internal training execution

· Manage development program for BK (Beasiswa Karir)

· Assist the L&D Specialist in program development & delivery

Requirements :

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in any major

2. Has min. 1 year experience in training and development area

3. Has experience creating, implementing, monitoring and follow up Training and Development Program

4. Exposure in facilitating/training/teaching session

5. Good communication & presentation skill

6. Understand page maker/ freehand/ Newsletter related software

GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

1. Max. 30 years old

2. Has initiative and team work

3. Excellent written and spoken English

4. Good analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative

5. Computer literacy and internet skill

6. Willing and agree to work on Saturdays
