Sales & Marketing Executive / Assistant
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and expand customer base
* Cold call
* Update and Maintain Customers database
* Attend to customers’ enquiries

Requirements:

* Minimum University Degree
* Able to communicate (write, read) effectively in English
* Target oriented
* Able to work under fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Ms Office
* Fresh graduates are welcome

Operations Executive / Assistant
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare shipping documents for port clearance
* Source and liaise with vendors on stevedoring, ship Survey, Ship Inspection, bunker supply, bunker inspection and etc
* Close monitoring of vessel’s estimated time of arrival and departure
* Ensure the smooth berthing and departure of vessels
* Close monitoring of all vessels’ operations
* Liaise with overseas office, agents, customer and business partners on shipping matters
* Well versed in local port information

Requirements:

* Minimum University Degree
* Able to communicate (write, read) effectively in English
* Able to work under fast-paced environment
* Proficient in MS Office

Financial Regulation Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to compile financial budget, business expenses budget, fixed assets budget, and other integrative business plan.
• Responsible to monitor and analysis the integrative budget implementation, periodically analysis overall operational status in written and projection.
• Responsible to research and stipulate for performance evaluation method for branch, department and front line distribution employees, and periodically evaluate operational performance to branches and departments.
• Responsible to research and stipulate for the standard of fee and commission, monitor and supervise the implementation of fee rate, initially review the application to adjust the fee and commission income.
• Responsible to work as a secretary for finance management committee, initially review the file need to be submitted to FMC and record minutes of meeting.
• Responsible to accomplish other job arranged by head of department.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Minimum 4 – 5 years relevant banking experience.
• Have a good communication in English (oral and written).
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to work under tight schedule.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to work with different and diverse teams.
• Must familiar with BI regulations and Tax.
• Must familiar with accounting principles.
